Digital Output mode.

ATTRIBUTE	DESCRIPTION
MANUAL	Outputs follow each channel's manual_state.
EVENTS	Each output fires when its channel crosses event_threshold. Hardware only.
GATED	Outputs follow streaming and recording; see gated_polarity.
PULSE	Outputs emit a pulse train. Simulator only.
